Apply the sealant beads in a zig–zag pattern on one of the substrates with approx.1-inch distance between each sealant bead.It is recommended to keep a gap of 35 mm at all sides of large panels where sealant will be applied to avoid any excess material coming out from the edges and to control any visible gap between the 2 bonded surfaces. Align the surfaces together (as per requirement) as quickly as possible and press firmly for 2-3 minutes.
